Move-In Cleaning

- Clean the inside of the refrigerator and microwave

- Vacuum and mop all floors

Move-Out Cleaning

- Deep-clean kitchen counters, sink, backsplash, and stovetop
- Wipe inside and outside of empty cabinets and drawers
- Clean inside the refrigerator and microwave
- Clean inside the oven, if included in the booking
- Wipe baseboards, doors, door frames, and handles

- Dust closets, shelves, and accessible surfaces
- Remove cobwebs from reachable areas
- Vacuum and mop all floors
- Remove leftover small trash if agreed upon in advance

Some jobs include a second worker so we can finish efficiently and keep our time in your home to a minimum.
Move-in and move-out services are ideally booked for an empty property. Furnished homes and belongings require scope confirmation. Oven cleaning is included only when booked.
Mold remediation, biohazards, pest infestations, unsafe areas, heavy construction dust, exterior windows and large junk removal are not included unless separately quoted.
